Our goal is to take simple comfort foods and make them perfect by utilizing fresh ingredients and employing new and exciting culinary trends. We strive to source locally to provide the best gastronomic experience for our customers.
Small, independent, traditional brewing = craft brewing. Trail Stop Brewery plans to feature fresh, unpasteurized beer with rotating styles and flavors. Trail Stop Brewery is excited to partner with Marceline Pizza Company 2, a second location for their current restaurant located in Marceline, MO. Owners Andrew and Carrie Welsh bring their Chicago background to central Missouri to provide traditional Neapolitan style wood fired pizza and deep dish Chicago-style pizza. In addition to their passion for food, Carrie leverages her wine experience as a sommelier to bring fun wines to pair with Andrew’s food creations. Follow our progress as we create the perfect pizza and start our Wine Club.
